Itch.IO

The de-facto indie publishing platform, free to use and allows(*) NSFW content.

* There has been some issues with this lately. Some NSFW content is disallowed, and no NSFW content is eligible for payments.

CAREFULLY read This FAQ Entry, your game might actually be allowed! For example, most restrictions are only on paid games.

Some creators use Itch.IO to upload a free demo of their game, and then direct people to their own website or Patreon for purchasing the full version.

It is assumed you can sell a SFW version of your game on Itch.IO and offer a NSFW patch on your own website. You may also be able to put a NSFW game on Itch and sell keys to it elsewhere.

Itch.IO limits you to 1 GB file size by default, though you can request more.
